FAQS
1. What are printed scarves?
Printed scarves are scarves made from woven fabric, such as silk, wool-silk or linen-modal, onto which a pattern or artwork has been applied, rather than scarves that get their character purely from weave or embroidery. Maneesha Ruia's printed scarves are designed in-house and finished by hand.
2. Where can I buy printed scarves online?
You can buy printed scarves for women online at www.Maneesharuia.com. The collection features luxurious silk, wool-silk, and linen-modal fabrics. And prints from botanical and Jacobean motifs to bold abstract and animal prints, every design is created in-house and finished by hand with our signature lacework.
3. Do you offer custom printed scarves?
We don't currently offer bespoke photo or logo printing, but every print in our collection is designed exclusively in-house, so you won't find it on any other label.
4. What's the difference between silk printed scarves and wool-silk printed scarves?
Silk printed scarves, woven in Habutai silk or silk twill, are lighter, more fluid and carry a subtle sheen that makes colour look richer in person. Our wool-silk printed scarves offer the same softness with added warmth, making them ideal for cooler days and transitional seasons, whether worn as a light layer or a statement accessory.
5. How do I wear a printed silk neck scarf?
Knot a printed silk neck scarf close at the neck for a tailored daytime look, tie it to a bag handle for a smaller pop of pattern, or fold it as a headscarf. Their smaller, square cut makes them easier to knot tightly than a full-length wrap.
6. How do I clean and care for printed scarves?
Printed scarves and wraps should be dry-cleaned only. Do not use a steam iron, and never iron directly over any embellishment. Fold and store the scarf in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, ideally in the gift bag it was delivered in.
7. Are printed scarves a good gift for women?
Yes. Because every print is designed exclusively in-house, a printed scarf from Maneesha Ruia reads as a considered, non-generic gift. Add on our Swarovski monogramming for a personal touch, and each piece ships in branded, gift-ready packaging.

Inspired by her travels across the world, she began to see each scarf as a canvas for expression, translating landscapes, architecture, botanicals and cultural influences into distinctive prints. That artistic vision continues to shape every design in our printed scarves collection. Each print begins as an original concept, thoughtfully developed in a palette that has become synonymous with the brand, before being brought to life on luxurious silk, wool-silk and linen-modal fabrics, then finished by hand with our signature lacework. The result is a collection of printed scarves for women that feels less like an accessory wardrobe and more like a curated gallery of wearable art.
