These nuances are not flaws, but rather, a testament to the uniqueness and authenticity of every Maneesha Ruia piece.</span></p> <p dir="ltr"><span>We strive to accurately represent the essence and colors of each product through our photography. However, please note that color may vary slightly from image to image and may differ from the actual product. Variations may occur due to different lighting conditions (indoor/outdoor photography) or device screen settings.</span></p> <p dir="ltr"><span>We appreciate your understanding and assure you that our commitment to delivering the highest quality remains our utmost priority. Embrace the charm of handmade craftsmanship and the individuality that each Maneesha Ruia piece brings.</span></p> <h2>Returns</h2> <p dir="ltr"><span>As a policy, we do not accept returns for products that are delivered in good condition and match the order placed. However, we do offer an exchange option (please refer to the “Exchanges” section below).</span></p> <p dir="ltr"><span>If a product is incorrectly delivered (wrong SKU) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect (substantiated with photographic proof and approved by Team Maneesha Ruia), we will gladly offer one of the following:</span></p> <ul> <li>Full refund</li> <li>Exchange for another product (price variation will be adjusted if applicable)</li> <li>Re-fulfillment of the original order (subject to availability and feasibility)</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>To initiate a return in such cases, please follow these steps:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Carefully inspect your package and note any tampering, damage, missing items, or incorrect products. Each request is assessed individually, and we assure you that all genuine concerns will be addressed appropriately.</li> <li>Accepted returns must be shipped back in original packaging, with all tags, labels, and the branded carry pouch intact. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.</li> </ol> <h2>Exchanges</h2> <p dir="ltr"><span>As of March 20, 2024, we offer exchanges if requested within <strong>3 calendar days</strong> from the date of delivery (as confirmed by DHL).</span></p> <ol> <li>The exchange is only applicable for products currently available on our website: <ul> <li>If the new product costs more than the original, the customer must pay the price difference.</li> <li>If the new product costs less, the customer will receive store credit for the balance, valid for <strong>3 months</strong>.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Alternatively, the customer may opt for full store credit for the original amount, valid for <strong>3 months</strong>.</li> <li>Exchanges are only accepted once the original product is returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) to our address in New York, NY. All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
