DHL is our global logistics partner for all orders.

Orders within the continental US: Delivered within 2-5 business days.

Orders to all other countries: Delivered within 3-5 business days.

Pre-orders: Delivered within 1-3 weeks.

* Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered business days for standard deliveries.

** We strive to meet our delivery estimates, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as Customs clearance, shipping delays due to weather and other acts of God, or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. Final shipping charges will be collected at checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Duties & Taxes

USA

- Import Duties, as applicable, will be collected along with the Shipping charges at checkout. Orders below $800 will be exempt from any Import Duties.

UK

- VAT and Import Duties, as applicable, will be collected at checkout. 

EU

- VAT and Import Duties, as applicable, will be collected at checkout.

All other countries

- Taxes and Duties, if and as applicable as per local regulations in each country, will be collected at checkout.

Shipping Of Products

All orders are processed and shipped from our Fulfillment Centre in Mumbai, India. They will be shipped to the Shipping Address entered.

Tracking Package

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our site including the items shipped and your DHL Express tracking number. You can track your order with this tracking number on the DHL site.

Non-Availability On Delivery

DHL will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please ensure that you enter the complete and accurate shipping address including zip code along with a mobile number to contact you. This will help DHL in delivering your order in a timely manner.

For all international transactions, we accept all major Credit/Debit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Shop Pay, PayPal, Apply Pay, Amazon Pay and Google Pay. We also have installment options through Shop, Affirm and Afterpay.
