A: As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in good condition and as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (a wrong SKU was delivered and not as per the order placed) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will extend a full refund, exchange for another product (accounting for any price variation from the original product ordered) or re-fulfill (if item is available) your order. In such an instance, the error/damage would need to be reported via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receipt of the package along with images of the mistaken product or defect found. The refund, return or exchange would be at the discretion of the management and, if accepted back, the item would need to be returned in the same way it was received without any labels/tags removed and in the original packaging.
